Spending Shards | Cash Exchange, Reloads & Shop Terms
What one Shard is worth, how the 20% and 50% reloads differ, and what to check before confirming.
What one Shard is worth, how the 20% and 50% reloads differ, and what to check before confirming.
Shards never expire and spending them does not reduce XP or rank. Where direct exchange is available, whole Shards exchange one way into real cash at €0.04 each with 0x wagering. In the Shard Shop, reload value is based on €0.05 per Shard: the 20% reload has 0x wagering, while the 50% reload has 1x wagering on the bonus amount only.
The Shard Shop shows the exact Shard cost, value, eligibility, and reward terms before you confirm. Shards cannot be wagered or purchased directly, and cash cannot be converted back into Shards. Eligible accounts can send whole-Shard tips through the supported tipping flow; deposit, verification, and safety checks apply.
Section 1
Where the exchange is available for your wallet currency, whole Shards can be exchanged one way into real cash at €0.04 per Shard. The exact wallet-currency credit appears before confirmation.
The cash credit has 0x wagering. It can be withdrawn subject to normal account, KYC or verification, payment-method, and withdrawal controls.
100 Shards: €4 cash reference value
1,000 Shards: €40 cash reference value
Only whole Shards can be exchanged.
The exchange is one way: cash cannot be turned back into Shards.
Section 2
Shard Shop rewards use €0.05 per Shard as their value reference. That is 25% more value per Shard than the €0.04 direct cash exchange.
The higher reference value does not mean every Shop reward is cash. A reload, chest, Roll, free-spin pack, or other item keeps the specific terms shown on its confirmation screen.
100 Shards in direct exchange: €4 cash
100 Shards toward an eligible reload: €5 reload value
Review the reward type and wagering terms, not only the headline value.
Section 3
You choose a whole-Shard amount. Each Shard creates €0.05 of reload value, and the qualifying deposit must be large enough for that value to equal a 20% match.
The 20% reward credits as real cash with 0x wagering.
Example: spend 100 Shards for €5 of reload value.
Required qualifying deposit: at least €25, because 20% of €25 is €5.
Reward balance: real cash.
Wagering requirement: 0x.
Section 4
The 50% reload uses the same €0.05 value per Shard, but it credits as bonus balance and has 1x wagering on the bonus amount only. The deposit itself is not part of the wagering requirement.
Once bonus-funded wagers reach the original bonus amount, the remaining bonus balance converts to real cash.
Example: spend 100 Shards for a €5 bonus.
Required qualifying deposit: at least €10, because 50% of €10 is €5.
Wagering requirement: wager the €5 bonus once—not the €10 deposit.
After completion: the remaining bonus converts to real cash.
Section 5
The two Shard Shop reloads share reload availability controls. You cannot buy another while an existing reload offer is active, and the 50% reload cannot be placed on top of another active wagering bonus.
Your account shows the current cooldown, purchase availability, deposit target, and deadline before confirmation. Read that live quote before spending Shards.
The Shards are the purchase cost; they are not part of the qualifying deposit.
Meet or exceed the quoted deposit target after the offer is active.
A Monday Drop can also offer a reload alternative with its own displayed terms. It is not automatically the same product as a Shard Shop reload.
Section 6
Available categories can rotate. The Shop can include cash exchange, reloads, Rolls, chests, free spins or free bets, merchandise, usernames, and other account rewards.
Do not assume every digital item is instant cash or has 0x wagering. The confirmation screen is part of the offer: it shows the cost, delivery type, any wagering, expiry, and eligibility terms that apply.
Cash exchange: real cash, 0x wagering
20% Shard Shop reload: real cash, 0x wagering
50% Shard Shop reload: bonus balance, 1x on bonus amount
Other rewards: terms shown before confirmation
Section 7
Shards belong to the account that earned them. They are separate from XP, so spending them never moves you backward through the rank system.
Shards never expire.
Shards cannot be wagered.
Shards cannot be bought with cash.
Whole-Shard tips are available only through the supported tipping flow; Shards cannot be traded or transferred outside it.

It applies to the bonus amount only. With a €10 qualifying deposit and €5 bonus, you wager €5 in bonus-funded bets once. The €10 deposit is not multiplied.
No. A Monday Drop can offer a reload alternative with separate terms. Always use the terms shown on the specific offer.
Yes. It credits as real cash with 0x wagering, subject to normal account, verification, payment-method, and withdrawal controls.
A completed cash exchange or delivered digital reward is generally final. If fulfilment fails or an order is cancelled, use the status and support path shown for that order.
Shards cannot be purchased directly or wagered, and cash cannot be exchanged back into Shards. Eligible accounts can send whole-Shard tips through the supported tipping flow after deposit, verification, and safety checks.
