Redeeming Merchandise with Shards | Orders & Delivery
How live inventory, Shard pricing, KYC, shipping details, and fulfillment work.
How live inventory, Shard pricing, KYC, shipping details, and fulfillment work.
The Merchandise tab in the Shard Shop is the source of truth for current products, stock, variants, and Shard prices. A merchandise order requires approved KYC Level 1 and complete shipping details. Shards are charged while the request is processed; a successfully created order then appears in My Purchases with its order ID and fulfillment status.
Inventory changes, so this article does not promise a permanent list of hats, shirts, luxury products, or fixed prices. Review the live product page before confirming: it shows the exact item, available size or color, stock status, and Shard cost for that order.
Section 1
Only active, visible merchandise with available inventory can be ordered. A price from an old article, post, or screenshot is not a current quote.
The product page shows the per-item Shard price and any size or color choices. Your total is the displayed price multiplied by the quantity.
Check the exact product and quantity.
Check size, color, and stock before confirming.
Check the final Shard total shown for the order.
If an item is hidden, inactive, or out of stock, it cannot be ordered.
Section 2
Physical merchandise requires approved KYC Level 1. The order also needs a complete recipient name, street, postal code, and country so fulfillment can begin.
The shipping details saved with the order are a snapshot. Review them carefully before confirming, especially after a move or profile change.
Approved KYC Level 1 is required.
A complete shipping address is required.
Some products require a valid size or color selection.
Contact Support quickly if an accepted order contains incorrect shipping details.
Section 3
Shards are charged while an eligible merchandise request is processed. A successfully created order appears in My Purchases with an order ID and fulfillment status. Spending Shards does not reduce XP or rank.
A Shard balance change by itself is not order confirmation. If your balance changes but no merchandise order appears in My Purchases, contact Support immediately so the ledger and order records can be reviewed. A confirmed, deliverable order is generally final.
Insufficient Shards prevent the order from being accepted.
My Purchases is the source for the order ID and fulfillment status.
Keep the order ID from My Purchases until delivery is complete.
Delivery timing varies by product, supplier, and destination.
Section 4
A merchandise redemption is a Shop purchase, not cash or a wagering bonus. Spending Shards does not by itself reduce the monthly reward top-up; separately qualifying reward results are counted once under their own source.
If you prefer cash, use the separate direct Shard exchange where available. The confirmation screen shows its current wallet-currency amount before you proceed.
Merchandise order → physical fulfillment.
Direct Shard exchange → real cash at the published exchange rate.
Neither option reduces XP or rank.
Use the live Merchandise tab and product page in the Shard Shop. Inventory and Shard prices can change, so an old Help article or screenshot is not a quote.
Physical fulfillment needs a verified account and complete recipient details. The order cannot be accepted until KYC Level 1 is approved.
They are charged while the eligible request is processed. The amount is the live per-item price multiplied by the confirmed quantity. Confirm that the order appears in My Purchases; if your balance changes but no order appears, contact Support immediately.

Timing depends on the product, supplier, stock, and destination. Follow the order status and any tracking details provided for that specific order.
